This control can be used to grant non administrative users access to review submitted forms. This control can be moved to another pane or page as you see fit. You can also delete this control from the page if you do not have a need for it. If you decide to use this control, assign a Custom Forms Module to use for reviewing submitted forms by editing this modules settings. Once you have selected a Custom Form, this message will no longer be displayed.

Enter a 'Start Date' and and 'End Date' and click the search button.
